Medicine Plant Order Form - AFN ONLY

Important Information:

This form is to be used for Alderville First Nation members to order medicine plants from the Mitigomin Native Plant Nursery.
You will receive young, living plants to grow on and harvest at home.
Information about how to best take care of your plants will be provided when you pick them up in the Spring!
Plants will be ready for pick up at the Black Oak Savanna in mid-May 2025.
